- Good afternoon, Ms Weber,
I just wanted to get in touch again before the holidays – we returned from Cork to Rotterdam around midday on Saturday. The trip was a truly wonderful experience all round – I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The crew and the atmosphere on board were very friendly – we felt welcomed as part of the crew. As expected at this time of year, the seas in the North Atlantic were quite rough and did cause us to jump out of bed once or twice during the...

General: First of all, many thanks to Pfeiffer Agency for the detailed preparations and briefing documents, and to Ms. Pfeiffer and Ms. Weber for fine-tuning the trip. It’s very helpful to know exactly what to expect, what to pack, and, of course, what to look forward to.
Day 1: Boarding in Bremerhaven
Thanks to the excellent directions from Pfeiffer Agency and Google Maps,...
>> more... - Hello Ms Pfeiffer,
It’s now been a few days since I got back home. This trip was quite different from the others I’ve taken with you. Not only did I have to wait three days before I was allowed on board, but the journey was also a bit shorter. My travelling companion got into trouble with his boss, which is why he disembarked early.
I arrived at the CTB gate early on 9 April. As the officer on duty knew my passport details, we had a good chat about my place of birth. The ship was...

- Hello everyone!
Sorry for only getting in touch now. The trip on the cargo ship was lovely. We arrived at Eurogate at 7 am on 28 October and then back at CTT at around 10 am. We stayed in Hamburg for one more night after that. On the 16th, we boarded at around 4 pm and cast off the next day at 1.30 pm. We didn’t reach the NOK until the evening and, unfortunately, didn’t see any of it; by the time we were on our return journey, it was already dark again. The first stop in Estonia was...

I have just returned from my trip and would like to give you some brief feedback.
To get straight to the point: it was a very enjoyable and eventful trip.
We were warmly welcomed by the crew. Indeed, the entire crew were always attentive to the passengers’ needs and very helpful. Captain H. showed great understanding towards the guests on board. For example, he allowed unrestricted access to the bridge (which, in my experience, is by no means a...

Hello dear Frachtschiffreisen Pfeiffer team,
Here is a brief report on our trip from 20 to 30 June.
We boarded on 20 June at the Altenwerder Container Terminal at 2.00 pm. We set sail that night. The next day, we had a wonderful passage through the North Ocean Canal in glorious sunshine, though we did have a near-collision with another container ship.
The pilot said he would have to make a note of it.
In Kiel Holtenau, the harbour was packed with all...

- Dear Ms Weber, Dear Ms Pfeiffer,
I have now completed the cargo ship voyage. It absolutely exceeded my expectations.
I found the way your company organised the trip to be very friendly, efficient and straightforward. In my view, the information provided was clear, easily accessible and
comprehensive for further planning. The arrangements regarding the ETA and shuttle booking were handled promptly and without any complications.
The journey from Bremen to Rotterdam also went...
>> more... - Hello Ms Pfeiffer, hello Ms Weber,
I’ve just returned today from my first cargo ship voyage.
If I had to describe the trip in one word, ‘WOW’ would come closest to capturing it – and yet it still wouldn’t do it justice.
First of all, I’d like to pay tribute to your entire team. I was kept well informed right up in the run-up to the trip. From an organisational point of view, everything went smoothly.
The welcome on board was very warm; I genuinely felt welcome. The...

Although I’ve long since returned to my daily routine after a wonderful trip, I’d finally like to give you some feedback. First and foremost: the service provided by your travel agency is truly excellent; at every stage of the process – which was clearly well outside my area of experience – I felt very well looked after and supported. This was also true of the two staff members I was in contact with. As a result, the trip ultimately lived up to the...

- Good afternoon, Ms Pfeiffer,
It’s already been almost a week since the trip ended, and I’d just like to send you a brief summary.
There isn’t really much to write about. It was lovely, relaxing and interesting. The captain is a brilliant person; he has a great way with people, which you notice straight away once you board. Whether it was with us or in his dealings with the crew, he responded to all our questions and requests. Our regular visits to the bridge were always welcome,...
>> more... - Thank you very much for an extraordinary trip.
Dear Ms Hildebrandt Kriatchko, and the team at Frachtschiffreisen Pfeiffer, we were already finalising our reply to you when your enquiry reached us today!
We would like to thank you most sincerely for our voyage.
The voyage was an extraordinary experience for us and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The days on board were characterised by an impressive variety of experiences and gave us a fascinating insight into the many facets...

I’ve returned feeling very happy, grateful and content.
What a unique, incredibly wonderful experience this trip was. Everything went perfectly.
I was very lucky with my fellow passenger. He was so knowledgeable and was able to explain a lot to me.
It was his second time on board. We got on very well.
The captain praised us for being good passengers, which made us very happy. It’s not always easy for the crew to be watched so closely and chatted to...
