We have returned from our cargo ship cruise safe and sound, and full of wonderful, lasting memories.
Geeske and Bud looked after us so well and anticipated our every need.
As well as passing through many locks, we also had the chance to experience a ship lift and an inclined ship lift. It was truly impressive.
We were treated to excellent, hearty meals; nothing was lacking, and every day we were served fresh, home-baked bread from Geeske.
At the end of our trip, Bud and Geeske accompanied us to the station; they both carried our luggage and helped us book our return journey by train.
