I\u2019ve just returned today from my first cargo ship voyage.<\/p>\n
If I had to describe the trip in one word, \u2018WOW\u2019 would come closest to capturing it \u2013 and yet it still wouldn\u2019t do it justice.<\/p>\n
First of all, I\u2019d like to pay tribute to your entire team. I was kept well informed right up in the run-up to the trip. From an organisational point of view, everything went smoothly.<\/p>\n
The welcome on board was very warm; I genuinely felt welcome. The entire crew, led by the captain, were not only very friendly but also showed me the whole ship, from the lashing bar to the engine room. I gained some fantastic insights on the bridge; the watch officers answered all my questions with stoic calm. And last but not least, the food on board was excellent.<\/p>\n
This will certainly not be my last trip of this kind.<\/p>\n
