In Shanghai the container port of Yanshan is called at, about 65 km from the center (transport to the city center about $ 90.00 USD).

In Pusan only disembarkation is allowed, no embarkation.

Alcohol is not allowed on board.

Visa for China (on embarkation/disembarkation in Shanghai special types of visa are required), visa for Australia.

The shipping company charges a management fee of € 57.00 per person. (The management fee includes overseas health insurance during the voyage.)

Embarkation / Disembarkation fees

On embarkation/disembarkation in Australia $ 60.00 USD is charged on the spot, on embarkation in Brisbane additional fees of $ 60.00 USD are charged, in Yokohama and Osaka $ 145.00 USD, on disembarkation in Pusan $ 145.00 USD.

Possible additional fees for embarking, disembarking or shore leave will have to be paid on the spot by the passengers to the respective authorities.

    My husband and I really enjoyed our voyage on the Wiking which is a very nice ship and still feels very new. The Captain and crew were most welcoming and made our voyage very enjoyable. As the ship is so new it occurred to us that you may not have any pictures of the accommodation so I have enclosed some pictures of the owners cabin, officers lounge and the officers dining room in case you may want to use them.
