Passengers were enthusiastic about the characteristic freighter voyage to the French Antilles. Also the frequently requested routes from/to Central America are bookable on this voyage. Embarkation or disembarkation in Santa Marta is not possible. On-board language French and English. Alcohol is not allowed.

The shipping company charges a management fee of € 57.00 per person. (The management fee includes overseas health insurance during the voyage.)

Embarkation / Disembarkation fees

Embarkation in Cartagena: $ 115.00 USD, possible fees will have to be paid on the spot by the passengers to the corresponding local authorities. Even if you are not disembarking in Santa Marta, authorities may charge fees of $ 125 USD.

  • 9 May –Wednesday– Hertz picked us up at our townhouse in Orlando and took us to their office where we got our rental car for our one-way road trip to Port Everglades. We spent the night in Miami, where we had dinner with my cousin.
